My responsibilities include the following: -.
- Preparing and recording all journal entries.
- Following up accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Preparing depreciation and updating fixed assets on the software and on excel worksheet.
- Control on inventories and enter all involved journal entries.
- Following up company accounts with banks and vendors.
- Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Preparing trial balance, income statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet and provides schedule of related accounts.
- Preparing payroll & follow up regarding attendance, leaves and holidays.
- Costing, reporting and auditing.
- Control & review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Interacting with external auditors in completing audit procedures.
- Tracking and observing monetary transactions and check deposits.
- ERP System experience.
- Accounting System experience.
 Accounts Payable Accountant.
- - Record and update suppliers’ invoices.
- - Processing of payment of utilities and other bills.
- - Processing supplier’s payment and keeping records of payments
- - Re-consolidate all suppliers account and balance of confirmation for audit.
- - Reimbursement of site petty cash and keeping confirmations from recipients.
- - Prepare aging report for payable account.
